PROMise: Recommendation Consultations Report

Back to the "Publications" list

In 2022, EATG held a stakeholder workshop on patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) in HIV research and development (R&D), as a follow up recommendation on the ongoing consultations and research of the EATG PROMise Project. Participating stakeholders included HIV community members, academic clinicians and pharmaceutical companies.

The main goals of the workshop included exploring new HIV treatment products in the pipeline, categorising the different PROMs used in HIV R&D studies and discussing potential consensus-building methodologies for the next steps needed.

This report gives an overview of the meeting and participants, summarises the key discussion points and outlines the proposed follow up steps which were agreed upon by the attending stakeholders. An annexe to this report with more details about the methodology and results is also available.
