Customized sleep interventions help people living with HIV who have insomnia

Custom-tailored interventions to treat insomnia significantly increase sleep duration in people living with HIV, according to a recent Italian study. The greatest improvement was among those who followed all of the recommendations delineated in their intervention—but only 47% of participants did so.
