The implementation plan is a three-year workplan that helps us operationalise EATG’s Long-Term Strategy 2020-2025. It is organised by programme area with the addition of the organisational development section which focuses on internal issues beyond the LTS. The implementation plan sets mid- and long-term outcomes and describes the activities and outputs towards these outcomes. Each activity has one or more indicators that help us monitor and evaluate our progress.


This is the online narrative version, published in 2023. The implementation plan is a dynamic tool, adjusted frequently to reflect changes in our everyday work and monitored against periodically.

The current implementation plan spans from 2023 until 2025.
