The implementation plan is a three-year workplan that helps us operationalise EATG’s Long-Term Strategy 2020-2025. It is organised by programme area with the addition of the organisational development section which focuses on internal issues beyond the LTS. The implementation plan sets mid- and long-term outcomes and describes the activities and outputs towards these outcomes. Each activity has one or more indicators that help us monitor and evaluate our progress.

Along with the matrix version of the implementation plan, there are reader-friendly narrative versions, updated frequently in English and in Russian.

The current implementation plan spans from 2020 until 2022.
