New guidelines for HIV-related lymphoma

New European clinical practice guidelines for HIV-associated lymphomas is now published online in Annals of Oncology. [1]

  • The guideline covers clinical, imaging and pathological diagnosis; staging and risk assessment; treatment and follow-up.
  • The author group encompasses a multidisciplinary group of experts from different institutions and countries in Europe.
  • Recommendations are evidence-based and include expert opinion.
  • The guidelines are produced by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO). [2]
