All practicing HIV clinicians can benefit from an understanding of sleep medicine, but many people with HIV have sleep problems that don’t fit standard diagnostic categories, say Nomathemba Chandiwana, M.D., and Karine Scheuermaier, M.D. They are two of the co-authors of a review on the topic published late last year in The Lancet HIV.
