Treatment Action Group (TAG) announcement

Treatment Action Group (TAG) released a new report, What Could Go Right: Vital Partnerships with Communities and Civil Society for New Tuberculosis Vaccines.

New TB vaccines could be realized as soon as 2028 — radically reshaping the journey to eliminate TB. The report explores the foundational role that communities and civil society can play in the successful introduction of a new TB vaccine and strategies for capacitating and empowering communities towards that goal.

Read the full announcement here.

TAG will host a webinar on 28 January 2026 discussing findings from the report and the path forward to engaging communities and civil society towards the introduction of a future TB vaccine. Register for the webinar here. Interpretation services will be available in Russian and French.
