Efforts to fight the world’s biggest infectious killer are about to get a boost, with new vaccines on the horizon.

An article, published by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance elaborates on several TB vaccine candidates that are now in late-stage clinical trials, raising hopes that an affordable and effective vaccine may soon be within reach.
