Virologically suppressed adults with HIV-1 who switch to doravirine-based antiretroviral therapy achieve long-term viral control and stable quality of life (QOL), highlighting the high level of treatment satisfaction and clinical durability associated with these regimens.

Researchers performed a real-world cohort study using a 2-step analytical approach across 15 sites in France to evaluate treatment durability and QOL among 143 virologically suppressed patients (HIV-1 RNA <50 copies/mL) with HIV switching to doravirine-based ART.
