Treatment Action Group (TAG) released the 2026 HIV Vaccines and Passive Immunization Pipeline Report. HIV vaccine research continues to make progress toward the induction of potentially protective broadly neutralizing antibody (bNAb) responses, and multiple passive immunization studies involving direct delivery of bNAbs are ongoing. But there are significant fears – and ongoing need for advocacy – regarding the future of the clinical trial infrastructure that is vital for this work.
