Credit: IASAmid current uncertainties about funding and support for the global HIV response, IAS – the International AIDS Society – has made several changes to the format of IAS 2025, the 13th IAS Conference on HIV Science. This is to support the broadest possible participation in IAS 2025.
IAS is now offering in-person or fully virtual participation for both speakers and delegates. Conference sessions will be live-streamed and live contributions to Q&A sessions will be possible. The fee for virtual-only attendance will be 20% less than the in-person fee.
IAS is also extending the early registration fee until Friday, 21 February. The early fee deadline for booking satellites and exhibitions will be extended until Thursday, 20 February.
Delegates will be able to change registration to virtual only or in person plus virtual now or at a later stage if they wish. You can find more information in the FAQs.
IAS 2025 will take place in Kigali, Rwanda, from 13 to 17 July, both in person and virtually, with pre-conferences on 13 July.
