Although there is continuity in the provision of HIV prevention, treatment and care in Ukraine, the country is starting to falter in its provision of some services and has become totally reliant on external funding, Olga Gvozdetska, the acting Deputy Director General of the Public Health Center of Ukraine’s Ministry of Health, told the 19th European AIDS Conference (EACS 2023) in Warsaw.
