Call for evidence-based approach to drug use and HIV in Thailand

The European Union's Civil Society Forum on HIV/AIDS expresses concern about the Thai government’s approach to the problem of drug use and requests the member of the UNAIDS Programme Coordinating Board (PCB) to call upon the government of Thailand to ensure full respect of human rights of drug users and the development of evidence-based drug and HIV services.
