The EATG is organising a training on HIV/AIDS Treatment Literacy and Advocacy in Bucharest, Romania, 8-10 July. This is a call for participants for members and colleagues from Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

We will cover expenses of the participants attending the training. Participants will be selected according to the following criteria:

Essential:

· Good working knowledge of English

· Basic understanding of HIV/AIDS

· Affiliation with a local organisation

Desirable:

· Commitment and possibility to follow up on training activities/disseminate knowledge at local and national level

· Willingness to work in team

· Sensitivity to cultural, social and individual differences

· Work experience in the HIV field

· Motivation to network with other organisations

Objectives of the training:

· Promote the availability and accessibility of HIV treatment and care and/or affordable cost of HIV treatment across Europe

· Strengthen capacity and impact of other community organisations across Europe to reach out to people living with HIV and AIDS and impact on policy at national level
