EATG is looking for a highly organised and motivated individual for the full time position (38h/week) of ‘Project Coordinator’. This is a temporary replacement contract until the end of January 2017.

The Project Manager will support project leaders and their steering committees and staff members in the implementation of project related activities.

This includes support to:

· Planning, calculate, monitor and report of budgets for projects

· Preparation of sheets to share with responsible persons

· Providing assistance in producing internal / external reports on projects

A major focus of the position will be on the organization of the phase 2 of EATG’s ‘Ageing’ project (organization of webinars and a seminar on young people living with HIV).

The role is hands-on and involves both working individually and also as part of a team. You must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication and attention to detail. You have at least 3-5 years in a similar position and have a track record for being an outstanding organisational and project management talent. You work well under pressure and to strict deadlines as well as having excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).

The Project Manager will also work in close collaboration with the Communication Officer to develop a project communication plan (allowing better reporting on EATG’s role within projects).

The place of employment is the EATG office in Brussels, however regular travel could be necessary. For this position fluent English (spoken and written) language skills are required. Knowledge of other languages (Russian) is an added value.
