The European AIDS Treatment Group (EATG) is a patient-led NGO. Since 1992, we advocate for the rights and interests of people living with or affected by HIV/ AIDS and related co-infections within the WHO Europe region. EATG represents the diversity of more than 2,3 million people living with HIV in Europe and their communities.

We call on HIV and mental health professionals, trained lay workers and people living with HIV to:

  • Promote that HEALTH IS ABOUT WELLNESS
  • Commit to STIGMA-FREE HIV & MENTAL HEALTH CARE
  • Ensure CONTINUING HIV & MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION for all professional and lay workers in this field
  • Collaborate to ensure people living with HIV receive INTEGRATED HIV & MENTAL HEALTH CARE

EATG Training Academy

Capacity building is a key strategic approach for us. Our training projects and workshops aim to strengthen the knowledge and capacity of communities as well as to disseminate robust data and good practices.
